Credits

  • Credits are used for certain messaging actions (e.g., opening or unlocking conversations).
  • Purchased credits remain on your account even if you deactivate and later reactivate.
  • To buy credits, go to Credits.

Verification

  • Verification uses a short selfie-style video submitted from your profile.
  • Videos are reviewed in the Admin panel before your verified badge appears.
  • Start verification at Profile → Verification.

Safety

  • You can block or report a user from their profile page.
  • Blocking removes the user from Search and prevents further contact.
  • Reports are reviewed by administrators.

Account

  • Change your email/password or deactivate your account in Settings.
  • Deactivated accounts don’t appear in Search until you log in again.
